The Second Kalima In Islam : The meaning of the second Kalima, which is often referred to as “Shahadat,” is “giving witness to faith.”

The Second Kalima In Islam

It is a reflection of a Muslim’s witness that Allah is one and only and that Muhammad (ﷺ) is His final messenger and prophet.

Every day, Muslims must recite the second Kalima as part of their religious obligations. A Muslim is making a claim, by the proclamation of the Shahadat, that all of his deeds are in accordance with the teachings of the Holy Quran and Sunnah.

2nd kalima Benefits

The daily memorizing and recitation of the second Kalima removes all of our fears, with the exception of the dread that we have of Allah. A believer can become peaceful and honest in all deeds and behaviors as a result of this.

Therefore, the advantages that would result from it are

  • Whoever recites the Shahadat, Allah will look favorably upon them.
  • There will be peace when it is time to die.
  • The burial site will have ample space.
  • One can view his or her clay or adobe in Jannah.
  • One will achieve the most significant of all possible blessings.
  • In Jannah, the reciter will make friends with the most honest residents of the afterlife.
  • One will attain the highest possible virtues, and Allah will be pleased with them.

But the presence of these four things nullifies any and all gains from reciting the Kalima Shahadat. They are put out as follows: Shirk, Shak, Tashbih, & Tatil. To “shirk” is to accept the existence of additional deities.

The term “shak” refers to religious skepticism. The act of associating Allah with a made-up being is called tasbih. To be Tatil is to hold the view that Allah does not meddle in the affairs of creatures and that the universe arose of its own will.
